Project Info:

The project consists of the construction of an approximately 316,000 square feet, two-winged building with an atrium in the center along with a generator pad and new stormwater management (SWM) facilities. Retaining walls will be constructed around the perimeter of the generator pad to retain the surrounding soil. SaLUT provided Geotechnical engineering services for this project including test borings, infiltration testing and laboratory testing. A report was completed on subsurface conditions encountered, and provided GeoTechnical engineering conclusions and recommendations for the design and construction of the proposed building, site retaining wall, generator pad, and SWM facilities.
